2. Correction and Rectification:
Our customer support team will assess the issue and, if confirmed, guide you through the process of returning the product for correction. Once received, we will make the necessary adjustments and return the product to you as quickly as possible.

3. Partial Refund Eligibility:
Since all products are customized and handmade, we are unable to offer full refunds. However, if the issue cannot be fully resolved, a *partial refund* may be considered on a case-by-case basis. The refund amount will depend on the nature of the issue and the degree of customization in the product.

Please Note:
- We do not offer refunds for minor variances in size, color, or design, as these are part of the uniqueness of handmade products.
- Refunds will only be issued if the issue cannot be corrected, and after all corrective measures have been explored.
- Any return or exchange must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
